About Bobbi
Why language learning means so much to me.
You see, my parents didn't speak English when they immigrated to the U.S. in the 1960s. They arrived in America with a very limited English vocabulary, acquired primarily from watching John Wayne movies. During my early childhood English wasn’t spoken at home, and it took us years to assimilate to American norms. As a result, I grew up witnessing the various ways that life can be both rich and challenging at the same time, especially when it came to speaking English.
Today, those experiences of my youth fuel my passion for teaching immigrants and ESL learners. When combined with my training and experience in curriculum design and teaching, it makes me uniquely qualified to help your company succeed with English instruction.
